Jão ends the Pirate Tour in Rio with splendor

Last night (04), Jão, his ship and the Pirate Tour docked for the last time on Rio de Janeiro soil. The fourth show of the tour in Rio de Janeiro took place at Qualistage, in Barra da Tijuca, with a capacity for 9 thousand people and a house full of wolves, the singer's loyal fans. With a different configuration, the concert brought back songs not sung on the tour and promises that make the heart of any admirer race.

The last show in Rio was a bit different. Jão and his band, which he proudly presents at every concert, performed songs from the albums “Wolves” It is “Anti hero” that were not on the original tour setlist. The hits “Too handsome”, “End of the world” and even a cover of “Train of eleven o'clock” were sung and raised the audience who were not expecting the change.

The surprises of the show were not limited to the song changes. Already missing the Pirate Era, Jão made a promise to his fans, to return in 2023 with a new tour! On the road since March, debuting at Vivo Rio, downtown Rio de Janeiro, the break, Jão promises, will not be too long. 2023 is knocking on the door, asking to come in, and the native of Américo Brasiliense, in the interior of São Paulo, is preparing to deliver excellence once again.

Jão came to Rio with the Pirata Tour four times in solo shows: March 12 and 13, October 22 and yesterday, November 4. Pirata also took him to the stage of one of the biggest festivals in the world, Rock In Rio.

The R$30 million raised from the shows did not come from luck or pure fanaticism. The artist, who recently turned 28, is a phenomenon on stage. Jão moves masterfully, in an almost theatrical, scenic way. João Vitor Romania is able to hold the audience's attention 100% for the entire show.
