Remember the best beauty productions by artists for the Cannes Festival

The 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival began this Tuesday (14), in the south of France. On the first night of the event, actress Meryl Streep was honored for her contribution to cinema and received the award Palme d'Or of the festival. Important names such as Greta Gerwig, Eva Green, Lily Gladstone, Taylor Hill, Jane Fonda and Ebru Ceylan were also present at the celebration that will run until May 25th.

The first Cannes Festival took place in 1946, and since then the event, considered the French Oscar, has caught the world's attention. It's not just cinematic aspects that come into play, the parade of artists on the red carpet has become something much awaited by the public, due to the productions shown in both the fashion and beauty worlds.

The artist, Brigitte Bardot, attended the Cannes Festival in 1955. She wore hoop earrings and a short hairstyle that worked well with the movement of the French actress's bangs.

Princess Daiana opted for soft makeup with slightly marked blush on her cheek, during her visit to the event in 1987. She even dared to use a pencil on the watermark of her eye with a tone closer to blue.

Singer Madonna appeared at the festival in 1991 with red lipstick contrasting with black eyeliner. In her hair, she opted for an updo hairstyle, where the curls were in evidence at the top of her head.

The singer innovated in the 2000 edition of the festival by appearing at the event with a necklace that resembled plant leaves. On the dress, there was a pink flower in the center, as if it were a brooch contrasting with the theme.

Penélope Cruz opted for a nude lipstick at the festival held in 2000. To compensate, she invested in a darker shade around her eyes, where she used black eyeliner and pencil.
