According to the column, the plot of the soap opera, in fact, is inspired by the 1995 film The Little Princess, in which a girl is forced to live in a boarding school in New York, when her father goes to war.

The protagonist lives with her father, who is a doctor, in the Amazon, and on his expeditionary trips, the father takes the protagonist to live in an orphanage. But the father supposedly dies and the girl suffers in this orphanage.
