Last Friday (27), Taylor Swift, American singer and owner of famous singles such as “Shake It Off” and “Bad Blood”, released a new re-recording of her albums, entitled “1989 Taylor's Version” which, in just three days after the official release, has already surpassed the mark of more than 1 billion views. streams on the Spotify audio platform, according to Tracklist magazine.

The new album is the 14th of his career and the fourth of his re-recordings, reaching the top of the music charts in the United States.

Taylor Swift began her career at the age of 17 and, due to a disagreement with her former record label Republic Records, the artist (now a billionaire, according to Forbes magazine), is re-releasing her albums in new versions also written by her, as the singer does not own the masters (post-recording productions of the songs), even though he holds the copyright to his songs.

Among the singer's albums already re-released are “Taylor Swift” (her debut album) and “Speak Now”. “Bad Reputation” and “Lover”, the last albums under the former label, will also be re-recorded.

The singer's tour, which has been paused for a few weeks to rest, is expected to pass through, in addition to the shows in Brazil in November in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, other Latin American countries, such as Argentina, and is expected to end in 2024.

The tour film, “The Eras Tour” has already surpassed the US$ 123.5 million at the box office worldwide, according to the website Omeletv, beating productions such as “Killers of the Flower Moon” with Leonardo di Caprio, establishing itself as one of the biggest hits of the year.

The Eras Tour is set to hit Brazilian cinemas in November, and the singer's only two shows in Brazil, one in Rio de Janeiro and two in São Paulo, are set to take place on the 18th, 25th and 26th of the same month, all of which sold out in just a few days. With growing demand, a new batch of tickets was reopened last Saturday (28).
