Check out the nominees for the LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2023

This Tuesday (17), the nominees for the LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2023 were announced, a ceremony that brings together several names from the world of music. The revelation took place during a dinner at Florida Park, in Madrid, in the presence of celebrities such as Aitana and Abraham Mateo.

The awards ceremony has a total of 26 sections, divided into three categories: Spain Category, Global Latin Category and International Category. The Global Latin category features big names in music such as Shakira, Maluma and Karol G, who were nominated for Best Latin Artist or Group.

In addition to these, Shakira and Karol G received even more nominations. The creator of the smash hit “Waka Waka” was nominated in the category of best music video for “Copavaca” and also for best urban collaboration for “TQG”, with Karol G and “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53”, with Bizarrap.

Meanwhile, Karol G, who has been building a promising career in the music world, was nominated for the Best Album award with the release of her new work “Manãna Sera Bonito”, with which she will tour in 2024, passing through Brazil.

International Category and Ceremony Date

In this category, there is a battle between Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo, Sam Smith and Taylor Swift with double nominations, including Best Artist or Group and Best Album. Thus, Miley competes with “Endless Summer Vacation”, Olivia Rodrigo with “GUTS”, Sam Smith with “Gloria” and finally Taylor, with “Midnights”.

In the Best Song category, there is another clash between the artists, with the nominations going to “Flowers”, “Dance The Night” and “Unholy”, respectively by Miley Cyrus, Dua Lipa and Sam Smith. It is worth mentioning that the grand awards ceremony will take place on November 3rd, at the WiZink Center, in Madrid. The broadcast will be on the Spanish channel Divinity, on the LOS40 channel on YouTube and also on LOS40.com.
