Dead Rising reboot may be in Capcom’s plans
Apparently Capcom is working on a reboot of the Dead Rising franchise. The information was revealed by journalist Jez Corden of Windows Central on Twitter as he spoke about the alleged exclusivity of the supposed remake of Metal Gear Solid 3 on PS5.
“If you’re a Dead Rising fan, there might be something on the horizon for you too,” he said Corden in response to a user. “I heard it’s a reboot, Capcom is having a great time lately”, complemented.
Dead Rising 4, the last game in the franchise, was released in 2016 to mixed reception among reviews and users.
The reboot could help put the series back on track and bring it back to its former success.
