Madonna accumulates more than US$1.4 billion in 40 years of career

Madonna (65 years old) is among the 15 richest female celebrities in the USA. In her more than 40-year career, the singer raised around US$1.4 billion from shows and sold almost 12 million tickets in 575 performances, according to Billboard.

Tour: “The Celebration Tour”

Madonna arrived in Brazil on Monday (29) to perform at the tour show “The Celebration Tour” scheduled for this Saturday (4). She is staying at the Copacabana Palace with her team, occupying 90 rooms. According to a source interviewed by Terra, the hotel's security is restricted to protect the singer's privacy and safety. The sixth floor, where the presidential suites are located, is under constant surveillance and maximum security.

Madonna is one of the 15 richest female celebrities in the US, with an estimated fortune of over $580 millionaccording to Forbes. With the end of her current tour “The Celebration Tour”, the singer will be able to add more than US$100 million to her fortuneas predicted by “Billboard” in 2023. The tour, initially planned for around 60 shows around the world, now features 81 performances.

According to the musical booklet, over 40 years, she built a fortune of around US$1.4 billion through their shows, the most profitable tour being “Sticky & Sweet”, held from 2008 to 2009, with a total of 85 presentations and it grossed more than US$400 million and sold 3.5 million tickets.
