The process is very similar to what happens after bariatric surgery, when some people need to have plastic surgery to remove excess skin.

Studies show that to avoid sagging during the weight loss process, whether through diet, surgery, or medication, the ideal is to combine a healthy diet, intense hydration and physical exercise, in order to also burn muscle mass.
