Marina Lima and Fernanda Abreu: Together at the Coala Festival!

O Koala Festival takes place on September 15, 16 and 17 and already promises a meeting for the last day of the party. This Wednesday (31), the event organizers announced that Marina Limavoice of hits like “Fullgas” will go on stage with Fernanda Abreu which celebrates more than 30 years on the road with the hit on its resume “River 40 degrees”.

The excitement and expectation for the meeting of music giants is not only on the part of the fans, Marina said in a note “I’ve liked Fernanda since her first album, she has a lot of swing and we have a very similar side, you know? Several musicians played with me and her. The singer continued talking about the identical signs and how they are thinking about singing. “This show at Coala is going to be amazing. There are two Virgos who want to do something great for the Festival. We are thinking about songs by both of them and also about some passions we have in common, like Erasmo Carlos and Rita Lee. These are things that are fresh and can give a special touch to the show.”

In turn, Fernanda added that she is a fan of Marina and that they have a lot in common. “For Coala, I intend to bring my participation to the mix of early dance music – since, 30 years ago, the press called me the 'mother of Brazilian dance pop', and of course being with Marina is wonderful, I've been a big fan of hers since the first album she released”, stated.
