Sazaki and another former Square Enix employee are said to have bought 162,000 shares in Aiming prior to the public announcement of the partnership. Naka was also reportedly aware of the collaboration. Before it was announced in early 2020, he bought ten thousand shares in Aiming.
Naka worked with Square Enix on the game Balan Wonderworld between 2018 and 2021. All three men have now been arrested on charges of insider trading.
