Terra e Paixão: Caio faces Irene and threatens his stepmother

In “Terra e Paixão”, a telenovela aired by Rede Globo, Caio (Cauã Reymond) discovered that Irene (Gloria Pires) tried to poison Aline (Barbara Reis).

Caio threatens to put Irene in jail and not marry Graça, in case something happens to Aline. Graça tells Gladys and Tadeu that Irene wants to remove Caio’s succession to Petra. On May 8, TV Globo premiered the 9 pm telenovela, “Terra e Paixão”, written by Walcyr Carrasco. The plot, which replaced “Travessia”, tells the saga of Aline (Barbara Reis), a strong woman, full of dreams, who faces whatever it takes for the future of her family. In the cast are still: Susana Vieira, Agatha Moreira, Tony Ramos, among others.

Lucinda manages to avoid the trap against Aline. Aline tells Caio that Ramiro tried to run her over. Odilon offers fight classes to the women who work at Cândida’s bar. Luigi discovers the chip that Enzo put in the mask bought by Anely. Gentil and Miro plan to harm Antônio. Irene tells Luigi to take care of Petra. Jonatas is intrigued when Nina comments that he had a disagreement with Mara in the past. Angelina tells Caio that it was Irene who ordered Ramiro to run over Aline. Irene threatens Antonio.

Tuesday, July 25th

Irene apologizes to Antonio and asks her husband not to stop her from taking revenge on Aline. Petra reveals to Irene that she is jealous of Luigi with Anely. Rodrigo tells Caio that he hired an investigation office in São Paulo to find out if Agatha is alive. Gentil tells Miro that he intends to camouflage drugs in Antonio’s truck load, so that he can later file a complaint. The employees at Cândida’s bar panic when Nice, the new heiress of the place, decides to impose new rules on the establishment. Gentil denounces Antonio. Ayres arrests Antonio for drug trafficking.

Wednesday, July 26th

Aline celebrates Gentil’s revenge against Antônio. Antonio is furious when Silvério says he can’t get him out of jail. Irene decides to stay in prison with Antonio. Nice threatens to fire Luana if she doesn’t accept the changes. Petra tells Ademir that Antônio was arrested. Aline confronts Antônio in jail. Irene promises to help Antonio finish off Aline. Caio is disappointed with Aline. Ayres tells Caio that drug trafficking is a non-bailable crime and that Antônio will be taken to a state prison. Luigi has access to the list of politicians that Irene sent to Petra. Ayres tells Antonio that he received an order to release him.

Thursday, July 27th

Antônio tells Caio that his son disappointed him by not preventing his arrest. Aline thinks about Caio. Antônio tells Irene that he doesn’t have complete confidence in Luigi. Antonio shows gratitude to Irene for having helped him get out of jail. Caio and Aline stay together. Vinícius tells Antônio that he found valuable stones on Aline’s land. Antônio promises to give Vinícius money in exchange for his silence. Marino informs Antônio that it was Gentil who denounced him. Antônio threatens Gentil. Antônio orders Ramiro to transfer a job to Sidney. Menah doesn’t show up at home and Gentil and Jonatas are worried. Anely tells Lucinda that she is in love with Luigi. Jonatas calls Antônio a murderer and asks him for Menah’s whereabouts.

Angelina appears in the farm room with Menah. She tells Jonatas that she managed to escape a pawn’s attack. Jonatas tells Gentil not to provoke Antônio anymore. Graça and Caio mark the wedding. Antonio reacts when Caio tells him that Agatha may be alive. Kelvin advertises around town that there will be a show at the bar. Irene suffers when she thinks that her marriage to Antônio may not be valid. Aline and Caio meet during the bar show.

Saturday, July 29th

Jussara advises Jonatas to let Menah be happy. Gentil makes Jonatas promise that he will fight for Aline’s love. Irene suggests that Nice may be dealing another blow by saying that she is Candida’s heir. Irene offers money for Nice to disappear with Agatha, in case her husband’s ex-wife reappears. Nina and Jonatas end their relationship. Ramiro tells Kelvin that he saw Irene talking to Nice. Antonio forbids Irene from seeing Nice. Anely decides to move away from Luigi. Jonatas and Caio face each other because of Aline.
