The team from Minas Gerais already showed interest in the player even before the opening of the current transfer window that ends on August 2nd. Now it’s up to the board to run after it to regularize it as quickly as possible, and because it is a negotiation coming from abroad, the regularization process tends to be time consuming, as it is necessary to receive the documentation that comes from Saudi Arabia.

Matheus Pereira is 27 years old, was born in Belo Horizonte, curiously the player is a declared fan of Cruzeiro. His trajectory began in the base categories of Democrata de Governador Valadares, but he never played for the professional team. At the age of 14, he moved to Portugal, and there he played for Sporting’s youth team, later he would play for the B team and later was promoted to the professionals.
