Honor of Kings, recognized as the most popular MOBA for mobile devices globally, arrived in Brazil in March 2023, bringing the immersive dynamics typical of MOBAs to Brazilian players' devices, with a complete adaptation to the local language. The title stands out for the full voice acting of its Heroes and the engaging narration that accompanies the matches, offering a deep dive into the game experience. The vocal location of Honor of Kings was conducted by renowned studios such as Core Dream, Keywords and Unidub, known for their expertise in dubbing for games and series in Brazil. The project involved the participation of more than 80 voice actors, resulting in more than 350 hours of audio recordings for the game. With Brazil being the first country to launch the game outside of China, the national voice actors had the freedom to adapt the Heroes to the tastes of the Brazilian public, enriching the local experience.

Fernando Mazza, responsible for Level Infinite's operations in Brazil, highlights the cultural and stylistic diversity of the Heroes of Honor of Kings, facilitating its adaptation to different markets. The choice of voice actors focused on voices recognizable to the Brazilian public, who also had the ability to adjust the characters to local culture, creating a unique connection between character and voice actor.

Among the vocal talents, Wendel Bezerra, Kacau Gomes, Alfredo Rollo and Letícia Quinto stand out, veteran voice actors admired by the public for their participation in animations, films and iconic series. Wendel Bezerra, for example, voices Sun Wukong, the Monkey King, inspired by the classic Chinese story “Journey to the West”, while Kacau Gomes plays Mulan, the heroine of the Great Wall, bringing a layer of nostalgia to fans familiar with the character in other media.

Among the adapted lines, players will find fun and very Brazilian references, such as jokes about famous characters and popular expressions, showing the effort to make Honor of Kings more accessible and enjoyable to the Brazilian public.
