In 2004, he appeared on GTA San Andreas as Solo, but it was in 2013, with GTA Vwhich he broke by voicing Franklin Clinton. The guy also appeared in games like Watch Dogs (2014) and in the movie Grow House (2017).

Ned Luke, born in 1958 in Danville, has a career spanning over 30 years in acting. After debuting in The Bear (1984), he appeared in TV series such as Law & Order It is Boardwalk Empirebesides the classic The Nutty Professor. In 2013, he became the world famous Michael De Santa in GTA V. Today, he continues to excel as an actor and producer.
