Terra e Paixão: Graça is humiliated by Marino and asks Caio to marry her

Grace (Agatha Moreira) is troubled and shaken after Daniel’s death (Johnny Massaro) in “Earth and Passion”, from TV Globo, but not because of the groom himself, like most of the characters, but because his belly blow went completely down the drain with the death of the lawyer.

“I want you to assume the commitment about your child, who is going to be born”, says Graça, implying a marriage. He is categorical again: “Please… You always said you didn’t want anything serious with me because I don’t have any money”, recalls the policeman.

“Now you want to shove a wedding down my throat? Listen carefully: any word about this child being mine, I’ll say it’s a lie”, completes Leandro, leaving Graça desperate and going to talk to Irene (Gloria Pires), who does not know the true paternity of the baby.

The hag will then suggest that Graça marry Caio (Cauã Reymond), as she does not want to leave her supposed grandson. Strange at first, the vixen will accept the idea, and at a dinner, she will declare: “I want you to marry me… Caio, you loved Daniel… I loved Daniel. I want you to assume his son by my side”.

Irene promises to take revenge on Caio. Graça looks for Marino, demanding that he assume responsibility for the child she is expecting. Daniel is buried. Tadeu finds out that the child Graça is expecting is Marino’s. Gladys suggests they use Graça’s pregnancy to get money from Antônio’s family.

Irene reacts when Antonio suggests giving the succession to Gaius. Irene looks for Graça to convince her to marry Caio. Anely advises Luigi to conquer Antonio to guarantee the succession.

Luigi presents Irene with a crystal heart. Irene reciprocates the gift she received from Luigi, giving her son-in-law a watch from Daniel. Graça tells Caio that she wants to marry him.

On May 8, TV Globo premiered the 9 pm telenovela “Terra e Paixão”, written by Walcyr Carrasco. The plot, which replaced “Travessia”, tells the saga of Aline (Barbara Reis), a strong woman, full of dreams, who faces whatever it takes for the future of her family. In the cast are still: Susana Vieira, Agatha Moreira, Tony Ramos, among others.
