So that we could make the classification, we researched the indexes of these car insurance companies: Suhai Seguradora, Azul Seguros, Cardif Seguros, Caixa Seguradora, Sompo Seguros, Tokio Marine Seguradora, Alfa Seguradora, Porto Seguro, Itaú Seguros Auto, Liberty Seguros, Youse, SulAmérica Seguros , Mapfre Seguros, GS Seg, Bradesco Seguros and HDI Seguros.
1st place for the best car insurance companies in 2020 – Suhai Seguradora
Suhai Seguradora appears in first place among the companies surveyed with a score of 8.8 and the RA 1000 rating, the highest granted by the website.
Of the 195 complaints registered, all were answered, with the resolution rate reaching 91.1% of cases.
In relation to customers who would deal with the company again, the percentage is 81.2%

It received a score of 7.7, however, it has 4,116 complaints, 99.8% of which have been responded to.
The solution rate was 82.1%, the number of customers who could negotiate again was 65.9% and the consumer score was 6.34.
The most common complaints are: lack of good service, incorrect billing and annual fee problems.
9th place – Itaú insurance
Itaú Seguros ranks 8th among the best car insurers in 2020 with a score of 7.6 and 234 complaints.
Of the cases registered, 100% were answered, 78.8% were resolved and 66.7% of customers would consider doing business with the company again.
The consumer rating was 6.2.
The cases that generate the most complaints are: accidents, wrong billing, poor service and cancellation of the policy.
10th place – Liberty Seguros
Liberty maintains the “good” rating and also has a score of 7.6, however, it is below Itaú Seguros due to the number of complaints.
Of the 678 records, 99.9% were answered and 84.4% were resolved.
The percentage of people who would do business with the company again is 62.1%.
The complaints that occur most frequently are: delay in carrying out services, incorrect billing, delay in carrying out processes and claims.
11th Place – Youse
Youse appears in 10th place with a score of 7.4 given by Reclame Aqui and 6.34 given by the customer.
Of the 676 complaints, 95.1% were answered, 75.9% were resolved and 67.1% of customers would do business with us again.
The cases that received the most complaints are: cancellation of policy, delay in progressing the process, accidents and undue charges.
12th place – SulAmérica
SulAmérica obtained a score of 7.3 resulting from 680 complaints, of which 97.8% were responded to.
Of the cases analyzed, 76.6% had a solution, 60.7% of consumers would negotiate with the company again and rated it at 6.15.
The most frequently seen records refer to accidents, poor service, delays in carrying out and releasing repairs.
13th place – Mapfre Seguros
Mapfre Seguros is next on the list with 1,454 complaints and 99.8% of them answered.
The solution rate reached 85%, the number of customers who would negotiate again reached 52.1% and the average rating given by the consumer was 5.82.
The most frequent complaints are related to delays in the process, incorrect billing, refunds and delays in carrying out services.
14th place – GS SEG
GS SEG appears with 130 registered complaints, 100% of which were responded to.
The solution rate was 81.7%, the number of customers who would deal with the company again was 46.7% and the customer rating was 62.2.
The reasons for the biggest complaints are: cancellation of the policy, full compensation, undue billing and poor service.
15th place – Bradesco Seguro
In last place in our ranking comes Bradesco Seguro with a score of 7.2, a “good” rating and 4,569 complaints.
Of the cases registered, 99.5% were answered and 78.9 were resolved.
Customers said that 56.2% of them would negotiate with the insurer again and that it deserves a score of 5.73.
The cases that received the most complaints are service execution time, undue billing, refunds and poor service.
