With her customized sculpture, the artist wants to rescue the message of pacifism, respect and empathy, which young hippies conveyed in the 60s.
Among the details thought of by Cintia is the use of acrylic in different colors to create Hello Kitty's look.
The material, characteristic of her three-dimensional works, will be applied not only to the dress in the shape of flowers and hearts, but also to the character's hair.

According to Sanrio, the choice of public places such as Estação Palmeiras-Barra Funda to carry out the project reflects the desire to break down barriers between art and the public, facilitating more democratic access to culture.
“I like to take art out of traditional galleries and into urban spaces, as actions like this symbolize a significant step towards a society where culture truly belongs to everyone and for everyone”, said Cintia.
