Marvel is developing a project to introduce 'Nova' to the screen

According to information released by deadlineMarvel is reportedly developing a project with the hero Richard Rider, better known as Nova, for the big screen. Moon Knight screenwriter Sabir Pizarda will be one of the creative minds in the project's writing room and will have Kevin Feige in production. There is still no information on whether the work will be a feature film for theaters or a series for Disney+, like Moon Knight.

Nova is one of the survivors of Xandar, a planet that protected the Power Stone and was defended by the Nova Corps, who first appeared in the film Guardians of the Galaxy. After the destruction of the planet by Thanos, the fate of the planet has not yet been shown in theaters. The hero, who has not yet been introduced in theaters, has powers thanks to a cosmic energy called the Nova Force, which there gives him powers such as strength, speed and flight.

Richard Rider will join Captain Marvel and the Guardians of the Galaxy as part of the Cosmic Universe.
