Ariana Grande’s new affair leaves Instagram private

Ethan Slater, actor appointed as the new affair of Ariana Grande, doesn’t care about anyone snooping into her life on social media. Once his alleged romance with his “Wicked” co-star was exposed, he made his Instagram account private.

Several sources confirmed to The New York Post’s “Page Six” column that the “SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical” actor started dating Grande, 30, after they met on the set of the movie “Wicked.”

In March, the cast of the Jon M. Chu adaptation stepped out to celebrate Michelle Yeoh’s Oscar win in London, and they were among the crowd. Grande sat next to Slater as he hugged her.

However, things between the two may not have been that simple, since until two months ago he was still married to psychologist Lilly Jay, his high school sweetheart, whom he married in 2018, and they had a son last year.

According to TMZ, although not much is known about their relationship, Ethan praised his “wonderful” wife in a sweet tribute on Mother’s Day.

“Happy 1st Mother’s Day to the most loving, wonderful mother/person in the world,” Slater captioned the Instagram post in May, which featured her son’s shadow. And he signed: ‘from me and this little guy’.

COMING HOME

Ariana Grande is reportedly returning home to the US following news of her split from Dalton Gomez after two years of marriage. According to the newspaper “The Sun” a source close to the actress and singer assured that she intends to “run back to California” after completing filming for the two film adaptations of “Wicked” in the United Kingdom.

Ariana feels ‘relieved’ because their split has now been publicised, and he now intends to “reunite with his friends and family after a difficult few months in which he tried to save his marriage on the other side of the Atlantic.”

“Ariana is scheduled to fly out of the UK on Thursday the 20th. She is going home to see her friends and family (…) she wants to get out of the spotlight and spend time with the people who mean the most to her, who will support her through this difficult time.”

The Hollywood actors’ strike halted filming on “Wicked,” but Ariana is known to have finished filming all of her scenes.

Grande is in the midst of several rumors these days, including that she’s seeing her co-star Etham Slater.

“They made the decision together,” the source said. “They were having issues before January but want to remain best friends.”, she claims.

According to another source, Gomez, 27, flew to London in January to visit Grande while she was filming “Wicked” in an attempt to save her marriage, but “it didn’t work out”.

After the trip, the two amicably agreed to part ways.

“They were good friends throughout the whole process, and their friends and family tried to protect them,” the source added.

Fans began to speculate that there were issues between the two after Grande started posting pictures on Instagram sans her wedding ring.

Grande and Gomez went public with their relationship in February 2020 and got engaged 10 months later.

They were married in May 2021 in an intimate ceremony held at their home in Montecito, California.
