Check out the winners of the 2023 Billboard Awards

Last Sunday (19), the Billboard Music Awards had the 2023 edition in a new format, and with it, its winners, from the 71 categories, were chosen; Taylor Swift, once again, was the most awarded in the attraction, taking the honor in 10 categories.

Check out the winners of each category of the music competition below.

In the “Top Artist” category, American singer Taylor Swift was chosen for the night; she competed with artists SZA, Drake, Luke Combs and Morgan Wallen. (the three male singers were also nominated in the “Top Male Artist” category) Morgan, however, was the winner of the “Top Male Artist” category.

The Weeknd, nominated in 15 other categories, won only in “Top Male R&B Artist”, competed with singer Chris Brown and American singer, producer and songwriter Miguel.

Taylor Swift, on tour in Brazil, was the most nominated and also the most awarded on the occasion: In “Top Female Artist”, in which Taylor competed with the singers Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo and SZA; in “Billboard Top Artist 200”, whose other competitors were rapper Drake, singers Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen and SZA; “Top Composer of the Hot 100”, surpassing the artists Ashley Gorley, Jack Antonoff, SZA and Zack Byran.

Taylor was also nominated for “Top Producer of the Hot 200”, along with artists Jack Antonoff, Joey Moi, Metro Boomin and Zach Bryan, with Joey Moi receiving the award; in “Top Streaming Artist”, in which Taylor Swift competed with Drake, Morgan Wallen, SZA and Zach Bryan, with Morgan Wallen winning; in “Top Radio Artist”, Taylor beat competitors Miley Cyrus, Morgan Wallen, SZA, and The Weeknd.

The singer also won in the “Top Sales Artist” category, beating out other already established names such as Miley Cyrus; and in the categories “Billboard Global 200 Top Artist”, “Billboard Global Top Artist (Excl. US). and “Top Female Country Artist”, totaling ten awards won by the artist on the occasion.

The singer also competed in “Top Artist Hot 100”, which Morgan Wallen took the lead (whose competitors were, in addition to Taylor, SZA, Drake and Luke Combs); in “Top Streaming Artist”, whose winner was also Wallen (who competed with Drake, SZA, Taylor Swift, Zach Bryan), “Top Artist Global 200 (disputed by Bad Bunny, Morgan Wallen, SZA and The Weeknd).

Taylor Swift also competed in “Top Global Artist 200 (except US)”, and beat out big names like Ed Sheeran and The Weeknd, bringing yet another trophy to her shelf.

In the categories by musical genres, the first being country, Morgan was the winner of “Top Country Artist” (general and male)”, “Top Country Artist on Tour” and “Top Country Duo/Group” In the “Top R&B Artist” and “Top “Female R&B” Artist categories, singer SZA took the award; finally, in the “Top R&B Artist on Tour” category, Beyoncé was the artist of the moment.

In the Rap musical genre, the categories “Top Rap Artist”, “Top Male Rap Artist”, and “Top Rap Artist on Tour”, the singer Drake was the winner of the three sub-categories. In “Top Female Rap Artist”, it was the turn of rapper Nicki Minaj.

In the “Rock” genre, the winners of the “Top Rock Artist”, “Top Rock Duo/Group” and “Top Rock Artist on Tour” categories were Zach Bryan, Arctic Monkeys and Coldplay, respectively.

In the Latin category, these being “Top Latin Artist”, “Top Female Latin Artist”, “Top Latin Duo/Group” and “Top Latin Artist on Tour”, were the artists Bad Bunny (who also won in “Top Male Latin Artist ”) and Karol G as “Top Female Latin Artist” and “Top Latin Artist on Tour”.

In the K-pop categories (Top K-Pop Artist and Top K-Pop Artist on Tour), it was the turn of girl groups NewJeans and Blackpink to take home the award.

In the other categories by genre, (“Top Afrobeat Artist”, “Top Dance/Electronic Artist”, “Top Christian Artist”, “Top Gospel Artist” and Top Artist, their respective winners are the artists Burna Boy, Beyoncé, Lauren Daigle and Kanye West.

Categories by album

In “Top Billboard 200 Album” and “Top Country Album”, Morgan Wallen came out on top once again.

In “Top R&B Album” and “Top Rap Album”, SZA, with “SOS”; and Drake & 21 Savage with “Her Loss”, were the winners respectively.

Already in “Top Country Album”, and “Top Rock Album”, Morgan Wallen, with “One Thing at a Time”; and Zach Bryan, with “American Heartbreak, were the big winners.

Bad Bunny, with “Un Verano Sin Ti”, won respectively andm “Top Dance/Electronic Album”, “Top Christian Album” and “Top Gospel Album”.

In categories for “Music”, Miley Cyrus took gold in the sub-categories “Top Music on the Hot 100”, “Top Music on Radio” and “Top Music on Billboard Global” (excl US) with “Flowers“.

In the tops by genre “Top R&B Music”, “Top Rap Music” and “Top Country Music”, SZA achieved “Kill Bill” on Top R&B; Drake, with the single “RichFlex” and finally Morgan Wallen with “last night“.

In “Top Rock Music”, “Top Latin Music” and “Top K-Pop Music”, the winning singles were, respectively: “Something in The Orange“, by Zach Brian; “Ella Baila Soyla“, by Eslabon Armado and Peso Pluma; and “seven“, by singer Jungkook featuring Latto.

In “Top Afrobeat Music”, the song “Calm Down“, by Rema & Selena Gomez, took the turn.

In “Top Dance/Electronic Music”, DJ David Guetta in collaboration with singer Bebe Rexha on the hit “I'm Good (Blue)” was the winner.

“Top Christian Music” went to singer Brandon Lake, with “Gratitude”; and in “Top Gospel Music”, CeCe Winans, with “Goodness of God“, took the prize.

Finally, “Top New Artist” and “Top Duo/Group” went to Zach Brya and Fuerza Regida, respectively.
