Taylor Swift records attendance record at Allianz Parque

This Friday (24), at the first show of “The Eras Tour” in São Paulo, Taylor Swift recorded a record attendance at Allianz Parque. The presentation had more than 50 thousand spectators.

On stage, during the performance of the song “The Man”, Taylor Swift even commented on the feat with her fans. Soon after, the information was confirmed by Time For Fun – the event organizer.

“You guys are making me feel like you just broke the record for the biggest attendance at this stadium,” said the singer

According to the stadium's press office, the previous record belonged to the band Titãs, for a show held in June this year. However, the Brazilian group still has a chance to recover the milestone broken by the North American singer, as they have two performances scheduled for December.

Brazil is Taylor Swift's fifth largest audience

The more than 50 thousand spectators at Allianz Parque, however, are not the biggest audience that Taylor Swift has ever had. The opening of “The Eras Tour” took place in the state of Arizona (USA), at the State Farm Stadium, where the singer performed in front of 73 thousand people.

Its visit to Australia, which will take place in February 2024, should still feature 90,000 people at each performance, totaling 634,072 people.

In total, the singer's biggest audience was in the United States, with 4,281,027 spectators in 62 shows. The performances of “The Eras Tour” in Brazil are expected to attract more than 375,000 spectators in 6 shows – thus making the country the fifth largest audience for the singer.

Shows in Brazil

With “The Eras Tour”, Taylor Swift has already performed three shows in Rio de Janeiro, at the Nilton Santos Stadium and one in São Paulo, at Allianz Parque. On November 25th and 26th, the singer will return to the Palmeiras stadium for more sold-out shows.

The VIP entry gates will open at 3pm and 4pm for the general public. The opening show by singer Sabrina Carpenter should start at 6:30 pm and by Taylor Swift at 7:30 pm.
