Chocolate With Pepper: Carmem advises Miguel

In “Chocolate Com Pimenta“, a soap opera that is being repeated by Rede Globo, Danilo (Murilo Benicio) is jealous of Ana Francisca (Mariana Ximenes) with Michael (Caco Ciocler).

Ana asks Miguel to stay in town a little longer to help her and Danilo is uncomfortable. Olga influences Bernardo to take the portrait that Miguel made to Ana’s house. Olga tells Soldado Peixoto that he will have to change a portrait. Sebastian manages to be released. Carmem tells Miguel that he will end up separating Ana from Danilo. Bernardo talks to Ana about Miguel’s picture of her. Bernardo tells Danilo to take the painting home and surprise Ana. Barbara tells the Clown that the painting turned out great.

“Chocolate com Pimenta” is a Brazilian soap opera, which originally aired from September 8, 2003 to May 7, 2004, on TV Globo. It was written by Walcyr Carrasco in collaboration with Thelma Guedes and general direction by Fabrício Mamberti, with core direction by Jorge Fernando. It is inspired by the work “The Cheerful Widow”, by Franz Lehár.

Monday, June 19th

Ana Francisca asks Guilherme to prepare the document to donate part of the factory to Miguel. Danilo has a jealousy crisis and asks Ana Francisca to give up the factory, as she was the one who separated them one day. She explains that the factory is bankrupt and that she is going to sell the jewels to save it. Danilo promises that he will no longer be jealous of Miguel. She asks to put her portrait painted by Miguel in the house. He agrees as long as she does it when Miguel leaves. The clown announces the return of the circus to the city. Yvete tells Vivaldo that he will have to assume their relationship someday. Sebastian sends a message to Sofia to get him out of jail. Yvete dies of jealousy when she sees Vivaldo talking to Marcia. Margot tells Guilherme that Graça could have problems, even when giving birth. doctor Paulo confesses that he has never given birth, which worries Guilherme. Vivaldo promises Marcia a real jewel, but she resists. Klaus agrees to pay the expenses to free Sebastian. Barbara asks the clown to paint a special portrait. Olga guarantees to get the paints.

Olga gets paints and canvas from Jewel and Beauty. Bárbara asks Olga to find out when Ana Francisca is going to take the painting home, so they can exchange it. Timoteo cries fearing losing his wife. Yvete sees Vivaldo leaving the jewelry store. Vivaldo tells Marcia to go to the jewelry store to get a ring he ordered for her. Ana Francisca tells the employees that she doesn’t have the money to pay their salaries. Beto accepts the job. Guilherme gets furious and fights with Margot. Celina tells her that Graça is feeling sick. Epaminondas and Flávio and many employees decide to leave the factory. Ana Francisca asks Miguel to stay in town a little longer. Danilo is jealous when Miguel confirms that he cannot abandon Aninha. Beto decides to go to another city to look for a doctor with more experience. Olga advises Bernardo to take Aninha’s painting home. Olga asks Peixoto to give her a proof of love and change the painting at the right time.

Wednesday, June 21st

Olga tells Terêncio that they will blame Peixoto for everything. Klaus invites Maurício to dinner at his house and accepts that he will take Selma. Sebastian is released. Yvete discovers that the jewel is not for her. Marcia avoids Timoteo. Carmem advises Miguel to leave, otherwise Danilo will end up separating from Aninha. Klaus invites Maurício to live at his house, but he does not accept. Matilde suggests that Sofia and Sebastian get married, but she reacts. Ana Francisca comments to Bernardo that she hasn’t brought the painting yet for fear of hurting her husband, but she is also afraid of hurting Miguel. Milady is pregnant. Bernardo advises Danilo and he asks the young man to bring the painting that he will surprise Aninha. Olga cheers and promises to help him. Vivaldo insists that Marcia take the diamond ring. The doctor warns that Graça’s condition is serious and that the baby could die. William cries. Lili takes satisfaction when seeing Dr. Paul with Gigi. Márcia envies Barbara’s earring and complains about the place where she sits with Timóteo. Olga tells Peixoto to get a car to transport the painting. Gigi grabs Lili’s hair and they both end up at the police station. Margot thinks an old midwife is the only solution and Bob goes to find her. The clown finishes the frame. Peixoto grabs Olga and kisses her. She resists, then abandons herself to the kiss. Marcia claims a headache for not kissing Timoteo. Margot advises Miguel to leave, as he has a feeling. Tonico wakes up his mother.

Tonico shows Milady and Samson’s puppies. Grace has a seizure. Celina asks her sister to fight for the baby. doctor Paulo tells Guilherme that the condition is serious. Lili asks Dr. Paul in marriage, promises to be faithful and he accepts. Miguel tells Ana Francisca that he managed to sell the chocolates to a large store in São Paulo. She kisses and hugs him. Olga takes care of telling Danilo, who takes satisfaction with the woman. She claims to love him very much, but he remains suspicious. Olga tells Bernardo that Peixoto is going to help him get the painting. Barbara and Olga agree with the clown to pick up the painting the next day. Danilo asks Bernardo to really take the painting because he wants to prove his love to Aninha. Vivaldo insists that Marcia go get her present.
