Ivete Sangalo reflects on leaving the Carnival group after incidents
After a series of problems with the electric trio during the Coruja block parade on the Barra Ondina circuit, in Salvador, this last Monday (12), singer Ivete Sangalo got emotional and vented about a possible farewell to the Bahian carnival of which he has participated in for years. Through tears, she also questioned whether the recent events were a sign to rethink her participation.
Safety and well-being of partygoers
Ivete Sangalo, during her participation in the electric trio this Monday (12), surprised fans and revelers by expressing her anguish regarding the problems faced during the parade. The moment of reflection came after a carbon dioxide tube exploded, leaving two people injured in the singer's trio, and also after the need to interrupt the show to prevent the trio, which was tilted, from falling.
“This is filling my heart with anguish. Isn't today our farewell to Owl? Don't we have to rethink this?“, he stated.

The singer, visibly shaken, shared her frustration at what happened, emphasizing that her concern goes beyond artistic performance. “I'm not a singer who joins the trio and f*cks everyone. I do not want it. This isn't doing me any good“, said Ivete. She also highlighted the technical problems faced in the previous days, including delays and incidents with equipment.
Incidents on various block days
“Yesterday, we went out and everything went well, because nothing happened. Today, things happened“, lamented the singer. Ivete also made reference to an incident that occurred on the first day of Carnival, when a delay in the parade and problems with the support car impacted the presentation.
Ivete Sangalo, finally, regretted that on the first day of Carnival there were delays and a series of setbacks. She described the need to perform maneuvers to deal with technical problems, including unlocking the support car's wheelie. The singer expressed her desire to intervene directly to resolve the situation, but recognized that she could not act as she would like, being forced to accept the circumstances that led to the problem with the horse.
