Luísa Sonza releases the hit “La Muerte” with Tokischa, her new international partnership

Yesterday (13), Luísa Sonza released the song “La Muerte”, her partnership with Tokischa, on all music platforms in the country. The hit, which is sung entirely in Spanish and portrays the final moments of a relationship, was presented to the public for the first time on Tuesday (7), during the Multishow Awards and greatly pleased fans of the Brazilian singer and Tokischa.

Check out a snippet of the song: “Dos locos / Tu Sabes / Te quiero incansable / La noche no pare / Adicta ta / Salvaje”. In the last two years, Luísa Sonza has maintained her position as the most listened to female POP artist in Brazil.

Intimate scandal

The album “Escândalo Íntimo” was released through the record label Sony Music Brasil on August 29, 2023 and is Sonza's third album. The filming of the clips and recordings in the studios took place both in Brazil and in the United States.

All of the songs on the album entered Spotify's TOP 50, six of them shined in the TOP 10. Fulfilling Sonza's objective with the album, the hits really impacted the public and in addition, three singles managed to enter the Global Top 200. “Cliff 2”, which features none other than Demi Lovato, reached position 41 on the platform.

Luisa Sonza clarifies controversy

On Monday afternoon (13), the singer allegedly had an audio leak where she was ending a relationship. Internet users quickly believed it was a recording for her ex-boyfriend Chico Moedas.

Luisa promptly declared: “This is an original audio of a breakup I had. I've seen that there are a lot of people saying that it's from my last relationship… For the love of God! To begin with, I wouldn't cry like that, right? Because I already I made the reasons for the latter very clear.” as an answer to a question box he opened on his Instagram profile to interact with his fans.

She took the opportunity to explain that the audio is part of the interlude of her album.
