A Fiorentina is classified for the final of the Conference League and a curious fact drew attention in the locker room of the Italian club: a shout of “Go, Corinthians”. In a video published on the team’s social networks last Thursday, the 18th, the players appeared celebrating the victory over Baselfrom Switzerland, and Timão was part of the celebrations.

The scream was uttered by the defender Igor Julius. The defender, born in Bom Sucesso, in Minas Gerais, played for Red Bull Brasil in São Paulo football. Fiorentina still has other Brazilians in the squad, such as the winger dodo and the attacker Arthur Cabral.

After beating Basel 2-1 in the semi-final, in addition to the 3-1 triumph in the first leg, Fiorentina secured a place in the Conference League final. The Italian team will face West Ham, from England, in the dispute for the continental title.
