Simaria's ex-husband talks about his divorce: Nothing was for me
Singer Simaria and Vincent Escrig separated in 2021, after approximately 12 years of relationship. The separation process is turbulent and the two separated for two years, got back together and then decided to put an end to the relationship. For the first time, Vincent opened up about the subject in an exclusive conversation with Leo Dias, directly from Valencia, Spain.
The separation process began in 2021 and Simaria was the only one to talk about the case. A year later, she accused Escrig of stealing the equivalent of R$5 million from her bank accounts. For all this time, the ex-husband remained silent and only this Thursday (01), he decided to tell his side of the story, with the aim of drawing attention to the process and telling about his struggle to see his children, Giovanna, aged 10, and Pawel, aged 7.
Vincent said that, when they met, Simaria was not a celebrity and that he earned twice her salary. When they got married, it was with partial community of assets, a situation in which the assets acquired after the marriage belong to the couple regardless of the contribution of each person to the acquisition. After fame and the salary situation reversed, Simaria wanted to change the division of assets, Vincent did not agree and as the relationship was no longer going well he wanted to separate.
“She didn’t want to leave anything for me. And I thought, 'Take it all. Houses, cars, businesses'. I was just worried about my daughter, who was still very young,” said.

After some time apart, the two got back together, but the relationship didn't improve and, this time, it was the singer who put an end to it. According to Vincent, he was forced to leave home and the artist “I didn’t want to leave anything” for him, that's why he went in search of his rights. Regarding the robbery accusation, Vincent denies that it happened and claims that he had to go into debt to hire defense lawyers since “left with nothing” of the relationship.
Today he claims that he is not in a good financial condition and that all these court cases have taken him away from his children, he hopes that Brazilian justice will be faster and that he can get closer to the children.
