How to remove pen stains from clothes
PEN INK STAINS
As with most stains, ballpoint ink is best removed the newer it is, so it’s important to treat the garment as soon as possible. You also need to know that ink stains should not be rubbed so that they do not spread over the clean part of the garment. If you’re lucky the paint is still wet, try to remove as much of it as possible with a rag. If, on the other hand, the ballpoint ink has already dried, moisten a cotton pad with water and try to remove as much of it as possible. After removing as much of the paint as possible with water, place a cloth under the stain and dampen it with isopropyl alcohol or nail polish remover. With the help of another cloth, remove as much of the ink as possible and repeat the process until the stain disappears. If isopropyl alcohol or nail polish remover fails to remove the stain, you can try the same method with white vinegar or shaving cream. If the stain persists, another very simple method is to soak the stain in a container of warm milk or lemon juice. Once you manage to get rid of the pen stain, just wash your clothes as usual. We can leave the clothes for a few hours, until the stains simply disappear. After each trick, simply clean the garment as normal and you’re done! This time we open free from damaging our clothes.
