At the premiere of The Celebration Tour, Madonna sets the show on fire with the participation of her children

In her first show after the singer left the ICU, where she was hospitalized for three weeks in April due to a bacterial infection, and postponed the premiere of The Celebration, pop diva Madonna returns to the stage in celebration of her 40-year career.

With four of her children as guests, who share the stage with their mother, the itinerary will also feature the participation of 24 other artists and breathtaking covers, such as “I Wil Survive”, by Gloria Gaynor, and hits from the music charts current events such as “Unholy”, by Sam Smith and Kim Petras, present in the show's performances.

The postponement of the shows for months allowed, according to the singer's musical director, Stuart Price, the attraction to become even better than scheduled and with new major artists speculated for special appearances, such as Britney Spears and Bob The Drag Queen, who opened the first show, which took place in London last Saturday (14).

Show is marked by several of the singer's hits

In addition to using the biggest stage of her career and with symbolisms that transcend what was expected and that refer to events experienced by Madonna, many of the biggest hits scored by the queen of pop will also be present within a fabulous setlist, including “La Isla Bonita” and “Like a Virgin”.

On the singer's official Instagram, the diva celebrates not only her return, but also the birthday of one of her daughters, also present on stage.

According to Rolling Stone USA magazine, the tour represents Madonna's reaffirmation as queen of pop “In a year when Taylor Swift's career retrospective is shaping up to be the biggest tour in a generation, here is a true icon who, for the most part at least, is determined to show that her throne as Queen of Pop remains intact. A celebration well and truly delivered.”

The Celebration Tour will also visit cities in North America and Europe, expected to end in April 2024.
