“A Summer Without You“, in Bad Bunnybroke a world record by becoming the album fastest in history to surpass the mark of 12 billion streams on Spotify. The Puerto Rican needed just 10 months to make his name in the platform's memory. The feat happened this Sunday (26).
Now that it has reached the amount, the album is just one billion away from the top spot in the ranking of most listened to albums in the history of the app. At the moment, the lead is still occupied by “÷ (Deluxe)”, by British artist Ed Sheeran.

Since releasing “Un Verano Sin Ti”, Bad Bunny has reaped great rewards from his work. The Puerto Rican said goodbye to 2022 with the best-selling album of the entire year. The title was granted by the IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry), who at the time declared that this was the first Spanish-language album to achieve the feat.
