Beyoncé tour film has release date announced

“Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé”, a film from Beyoncé's new tour, already has a release date. According to a statement from the singer herself this Thursday morning (26), on her social networks, the film will be released on December 1st in cinemas in Brazil and around the world.

About the movie

According to the official synopsis, released on Beyoncé's YouTube, the film “accentuates the journey of “RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR”, from its inception to its opening in Stockholm, Sweden, and reaching its conclusion in Kansas, Missouri. It is about Beyoncé's intention, her hard work, involvement in all aspects of production, her creative mind and her purpose to create a legacy. Received with extraordinary acclaim, Beyoncé's tour created a sanctuary of sorts for freedom and shared joy with more than 2.7 million fans.”.

In the film, we will see Beyoncé in her process during the creation of the album, her rehearsals with the band and dancers and behind the scenes of the tour, in addition to her time in countries such as Belgium, Scotland, England, France, Germany, Holland, Canada, Poland and U.S.

“Renaissance” album

The singer's tour took place after the release of her seventh studio album, released on July 29, 2022 by Parkwood Entertainmed and Columbia Records. According to Beyoncé herself, “Renaissance” is the first act of a trilogy that was created during the pandemic by the singer. The album consists of 16 songs from the disco, house and pop genres.
