Bolsonaro's request to postpone his testimony was denied by Moraes

Bolsonaro's defense asked last Tuesday (20), that the former president be exempted from appearing before the PF. The lawyers who made the request understand that they did not have “full access to all investigations and evidence gathered from cars†and that “there are no reasons for any statement scheduled by the Federal Police for February 22ndâ€.

The lawyers then requested a postponement last Monday (19), the supreme minister informed that Bolsonaro's legal advisors had already had full access to the material from the investigations, including the plea bargain. of Bolsonaro's former aide-de-camp, lieutenant colonel Mauro Cid.

Operation

Operation Tempus Veritatis began on February 8th after the Federal Police (PF) have access to documents that prove an attempted coup d'état by the former president, Jair Bolsonaro and figures who orbited his government.
