Butler talks about disagreement with Williams

After commanding the victory of the miami heat over the Boston Celticsby 111 to 105, Jimmy Butler commented on the disagreement with Grant Williams, at TD Garden. In a press conference, the star of the Florida team assured that the confusion was essential for the team to turn the score, confirm the triumph and open 2-0 in the final series of the Eastern Conference.

In the fourth quarter, Williams taunted Butler after converting a three-pointer. Miami’s number 22, then, responded with a basket on top of the opponent. Afterwards, the two fell out. The confusion kicked off the Heat’s comeback.

“Yes, it did. But that’s just the purest competition. He hit a big pitch and started talking to me. I like that. I really like it. Makes me get in the game a lot more. Increases the will to win that I have much more. It actually makes me smile.” Butler said.

Boston had the lead with almost seven minutes left in the final period. The team was beating the Heat by 96 to 87, when the two clashed. Miami scored a 24-9 turnaround, nine by Butler, and went on to win away from home.

“When people talk to me, I’m like, OK, I know I’m a decent player, if you want to talk to me out of everybody you can talk to. But it’s just competition. I respect him anyway. He’s a big part of what they try to do. I just don’t know if I’m the best person to talk to.”completed.

Williams comments bullshit

“I think he said something and I just responded. I am a competitor and I will fight. He got the best of me tonight and at the end of the day it’s out of respect because I’m not going to walk away from this. My mother always taught me, and my father too, you take a beating and you don’t come home until you’re back in battle again. Either you come back before you die or you come back and get a win, and I’m not willing to die in this final. I’m ready to get a win. I’m ready to come back and go into Game 3 with a better mindset, and I know this team is too. So at the end of the day, tonight is tonight. We have to focus and let it hurt, but at the end of the day, we have to really focus on what comes next.”said after the game.
