“chanel shoes” are the bet for autumn/winter 2024

The slingback is a timeless shoe that has a closed front, a heel strap and a low heel. The model appeared several times as a trend in street style at fashion weeks and was also the main choice of many fashionistas.

Origin

The classic footwear came from the 1950s, created by designer Coco Chanel, much desired by the public thanks to the collections of the French maison Chanel. It became popular among celebrities of the moment, such as Brigitte Bardot and Catherine Deneuve and, years later, it was Princess Diana's turn to shine with the model, having it as one of her favorites. She has even appeared wearing a silver model and design Jimmy Choo said he had asked for an account of the number of models he had planned for the famous Lady Di.

Fashion always returns to references from other decades adding a modern look, the shoe has been involved in trends since its creation, such as in the 1980s and 2015.
