Mortal Kombat 1 could be the name of the next game in the franchise

After NetherRealm Studios released a teaser suggesting that the new Mortal Kombat will be a reboot, insider billbil-kun, who gained fame for promoting PS Plus games before Sony, brought some more information about it.

According to him, the game will be called “Mortal Kombat 1” and will have versions for PS5, Xbox Series, Switch and PC. The Standard version will cost $70 on PS5 and Xbox Series, and $60 on Switch. There will also be a $110 Premium Edition and a $250 Kollector’s Edition, with this being PS5 and Xbox Series only.

The website windows centerthrough their sources, confirmed that billbil-kun’s information is correct and that the game will be officially announced in the coming weeks.

One source suggests that distributor Warner Bros. Games is planning to launch this September, but that could change. It was also said that the Character Pass will have several fighters from other Warner franchises, such as Peacemaker (Peacemaker) from the DC Universe. There is even a possibility that Patriota (Homelander), from The Boys series, is in the game.
