Gisele Bündchen says she is experiencing a new love: 'Honest and transparent'

Model Gisele Bündchen, 43, spoke in an interview with The New York Times about having a new romance. The celebrity explained what it's like to have a relationship with someone you've already had a friendship with before.

“This is the first time I've gone out with someone who was my friend. It is very different. It’s very honest and very transparent,” said in an interview with the North American newspaper.

Even without revealing the name of the possible partner, news portals claim that the jiu-jitsu trainer, Joaquim Valente, 35 years old, could be the model's new boyfriend.

Romance with Joaquim Valente

Bündchen and Valente met in 2020, when the model and her children moved to Florida, in the United States. Joaquim became a jiu-jitsu teacher for his children and the celebrity.

Rumors about the romance between the two began in November 2022, a month after the separation between Gisele and Brady.

Joaquim was seen with the model in Costa Rica, where they were spending their vacation with Bündchen's children. From this moment on, both began to be seen together on some occasions.

According to the news portal, Page Six, sources close to the model stated that the two were having a romance and that they did not want to keep things a secret any longer. According to sources, Gisele's children have already approved their mother's new status.

Accused of having cheated on Tom Brady

After speculation about her new relationship with the coach, Gisele was accused of having cheated on Tom Brady, and that the divorce would only have come about after the former athlete found out about the possible betrayal. “That's a lie. I really don't want to make my life a tabloid. I don’t want to expose myself to all of this”he commented.

Gisele took the opportunity to tell how she feels about the criticism about the end of her marriage. “This is something that happens to many women who are guilty when they have the courage to leave a relationship that is no longer healthy and are labeled as unfaithful”pointed out the situation.

The model also said that people don't really know what happens in a relationship, only the two people involved.

Tom Brady and Gisele met in 2006 and got married in 2009. In October 2022, the couple announced their separation, which according to information from the model herself, the reason was because they wanted different things.

During their relationship, the couple had two children: Benjamin, aged 13, and Vivian, aged 10.
