Jonathan Costa in law school? Funkeiro explains!

Dedicated to funk for two decades, singer and DJ Jonathan Costa, now under the stage name of Jon Jon, revealed that he even considered combining his passion for funk and his sense of justice to attend law school. His goal was to be able to help those who suffer prejudice within the genre.

According to the heir to Hurricane 2000, the prejudice that funkeiros suffer is one of the reasons that made him think about attending law school.

“We experience a lot of prejudice for being a funk artist and a DJ. At the time, I was very focused on that side of the right. I can’t see myself far from funk. If I went to law school today, I would use funk music”, said the son of Verônica and Rômulo Costa.
