Perfect Love: Gilda sets up to separate Orlando and Marê

In “Amor Perfeito”, a telenovela aired by Rede Globo, Gilda (Mariana Ximenes) is dying to separate Orlando (Diogo Almeida) and Marê (Camila Queiroz).

“Amor Perfeito” premiered on March 20, on Globo, replacing “Mar do Sertão” in the 6 pm slot. It is written by Duca Rachid, Júlio Fischer and Elisio Lopes Jr., freely inspired by the novel “Marcelino Pão e Vinho” (1953), by the Spanish writer José María Sánchez Silva. The direction is by Alexandre Macedo, Lúcio Tavares, Joana Antonaccio and Larissa Fernandes. Artistic direction is signed by André Câmara. In the cast, Camila Queiroz, Diogo Almeida, Mariana Ximenes, Thiago Lacerda, Daniel Rangel, Carmo Dalla Vecchia, Juliana Alves, Levi Asaf, among others.

Marê and Orlando exchange accusations involving the memory of their families. Marcelino wakes up with a bad feeling. Father Donato suffers from the possibility of Marcelino being adopted, and Friar Severo takes him in. Érico blames himself for having given in to Gilda’s blackmail and harming Marê in the past. Marê moves away from Orlando, and both are inconsolable with the fight. Gilda looks for Orlando.

Gilda notices the hostile atmosphere between Marê and Orlando and deduces that her plan was a success. Ítalo announces that the entire hospital council has joined forces with Marê to build the maternity ward. Érico is suspicious of Gilda’s happiness. Everyone learns the reason for the fight between Marê and Orlando. Sônia is concerned when Júlio claims that Marê and Orlando’s romance is over. Gilda thinks of a new chance to get custody of Marcelino and asks Popó about the story of Rosa, the boy’s supposed mother. Marê reveals to Friar João that she will break off her relationship with Orlando, and Marcelino questions her about his adoption.
