Player Hugo Vinícius is dismembered and his girlfriend is arrested. Know details!

The soccer player Hugo Vinicius Skulny Pedrosa, aged 19, had disappeared on the 25th of June, after going to a party in the neighboring municipality, Pindoty Porã, in Paraguay. On Sunday, July 2, the Civil Police received complaints and later confirmed that his body was found dismembered in the city of Sete Quedas, in Mato Grosso do Sul.

Identification of the body was only possible because of a tattoo that the young man had on one of his arms, in honor of his father.

• Before disappearing, Hugo communicated with the family and said he was at his ex’s house;
• Because of this, the relatives were not surprised by the situation, since he used to visit his beloved;
• The police are working on the hypothesis that it is a crime of passion and have not provided further details so as not to jeopardize the investigations;
• Hugo lived with his family in Sete Quedas.

The player was last seen by friends, who left him near his ex-girlfriend’s house, after leaving the party at a gas station in the Paraguayan municipality. When he disappeared, the young man was wearing a blue shirt and jeans.

The Civil Police of Mato Grosso do Sul continues with the investigations. This Wednesday, July 5th, the delegate from Defron (Delegation for the Repression of Border Crimes) will speak about the case, in a press conference at the City Council.

GIRLFRIEND AND OTHER SUSPECTS ARE ARRESTED

On Tuesday, July 4, the Mato Grosso do Sul police arrested the ex-girlfriend of Hugo Vinicius Pedrosa, 19 years old, who was found dead two days earlier, on the banks of the Iguatemi River, in Sete Quedas (MS) .

According to the investigation, he was killed at the home of the 21-year-old. In addition to her, a 19-year-old man was also arrested.

Parts of the athlete’s body were found in the Iguatemi river, in Sete Quedas. However the head of other parts of Hugo are still being sought.
