After the submarine belonging to the private company OceanGate Expeditions disappeared while on a tourist excursion to visit the wreckage of the Titanic, a video on social media resurfaced showing its interior, which even includes a video game controller that is used to pilot it.
The submarine has three screens (navigation information, sonar and images that are displayed to passengers), a bathroom placed there in an improvised way and only a single view of the ocean.
The vehicle is driven using a video game controller, in this case the Logitech G F710 model, which you can find on Amazon for US$ 29.99 as pointed out by the user Paradigm Education on Twitter, or BRL 320 on Brazilian Amazon website.
In the submarine, the controller has accessories attached to the analog sticks, in order to facilitate navigation. Stockton Rush, CEO and Founder of OceanGate Expeditions, explains in the video that they always carry some backup checks in case there is a problem.
