Taty Zatto turns 46 and shows good form in Miami

This Friday, March 22, DJ, influencer and former participant in the reality show “Power Couple Brasil 4”, Taty Zatto, is celebrating her 46th birthday in style.

In a twist to celebrate her birthday this year, Taty decided to mark the occasion in a memorable way by traveling to Miami Beach. There, she collaborated with photographer Sue Cervelin for a photo shoot, adding a touch of glamor to her celebration.

Taty shared her emotions about this special celebration: “I'm not one to celebrate my birthdays a lot. But this year was different. I decided to celebrate my 46th birthday in style. I came to Miami Beach and even did a shoot with photographer Sue Cervelin, who is super renowned.”

Asked about her approach to aging and wellbeing, Taty revealed her ambitious plans for the future: “I feel great, both mentally and physically. And in 2024, I still challenged myself: I want to reach the end of the year with the best shape of my life.”

“Both aesthetics and health are important to me,” explained Taty. “To achieve this, I have been eating healthily, which I have been doing for years. However, I intensified my weight training. Today I have a coach who put together a workout for me focused on hypertrophy, but with definition.”

In addition to sharing her fitness goals, Taty highlighted the importance of self-love as she ages: “It may seem silly to some, but it's not just about aesthetics. Reaching 46 with a 24-year-old son and an 18-year-old daughter and feeling good, loving yourself, is a great achievement.”

“I try, through my Instagram, every day, to encourage women over 40 to look at themselves with affection and lead a healthier lifestyle”, concluded Taty, sharing her message of positivity and empowerment.
