Val Marchiori mocks Jojo Todynho's absence from the audience

Val Marchiori appeared at the Small Claims Court in Liberdade, in São Paulo, on the afternoon of this Thursday, February 15, for a hearing on a case filed by Jojo Todynho against her. For those who don't remember, the singer and presenter accuses Val of fatphobia.

However, Jojo did not attend the hearing and Marchiori did not miss the chance to make fun of the situation.

“See the disrespect towards Brazilian Justice, moving the judiciary in an undue and unfair way, the judiciary already overflowing with cases and I, fulfilling my duty, attended the hearing designated today in case no. 1024669-52.2023.8.26.0016, while Dona Jojo completely fearless, in the comfort of her bed, mocks the judiciary by posting on her social networks while sleeping and resting completely during her lunch break. HELLO WHAT A SHAME”, Val joked on social media.

At the time of the hearing, Jojo even used Instagram to say that he was taking 'a post-lunch nap'.

The fight

Last year, Jojo took legal action against Val Marchiori and asked for R$50,000 in compensation for moral damages, due to fatphobic comments directed at her by the socialite on her social networks.

At the time, Marchiori said: “Imagine Jojo on top of that ex-husband? My God. It's the same thing as squeezing, I don't know, an orange. Imagine Jojo on top? It does not give.”

At the time, Jojo replied: “A special good day for you Val, who is bothered by me to this day for being the muse at the Vogue Ball and posing (for the magazine). And you, who are the wonderful standard woman, have never been called. Let me tell you something. I love being orange, because I love being sucked. Now, drawer passion fruit, huh!?
