See some tips“. That’s the title of a matter from the Globo Esporte portal in a partnership with Maratona de Foz and the Rede Globo retransmitter in Paraná, RPC.

Worst of all, it’s not click bait. Believe.

What is in the article are normal training tips such as regularity, strength training and core work. There’s more, the article says that “pTo run faster and not get tired during the activity, it is essential that you follow the tips mentioned here. Furthermore, it is important that you focus on your training, food and rest, according to your body’s needs”, and also recommends consulting a health professional whenever you feel it is necessary.

What a disappointment. I was expecting some magic, something unexpected and not what we’re all bald to know. I say it, right? People get tired running fast or slow. The difference is the level of tiredness, as we can get tired more or less.

Now think with me: the intention of the coaches, even if wrong, when they do this “prank”, is to sell their running training. And most of the time, coaches explain that you can’t run without getting tired, but that training improves the conditioning of the person who starts to get less tired.

What the PRC did was not a prank. It seems that they really believe in the title, which is even worse, right?
