In this regime, the convicted person bears his sentence away from the penitentiary and is allowed to work during the day, but spends the night in prison.

Among the requirements for not wasting the opportunity granted, the arrested person must respect the return and departure times, is unable to leave the city without authorization from the Justice, has the duty to explain and describe his activities in the jury when requested and stay in the designated location during the break and rest period.

Justice has the possibility of including new changes, depending on the determinations of the person responsible for the case.
