Kings: Sin of David and Bathsheba will move the plot

This Monday, June 19, Record TV airs the episode “O Pecado”, with one of the most anticipated scenes of the current season of “Reis”.

Cirillo Luna, the actor who brings the king to life, explains about the scene: “It embodies all of David’s desire for women. It was a very delicate scene, but I believe we made something that will move.”

In the story, Uriah’s wife, after showing off while sunbathing and being praised by the king during a meeting in the streets of Jerusalem, decides to take a very daring attitude. And during a moment of idleness in his palace, David catches sight of Bathsheba in an intimate moment, bathing on a nearby terrace in broad daylight. The attraction is immediate and they become intensely involved, highlighting the abandonment of the moral principles of a king and the vulnerability of Ahithophel’s granddaughter when affected by David’s influence and power. However, the sin of David and Bathsheba is followed by an irreparable consequence for the much acclaimed king.

The seventh season of “Reis – O Pecado” airs from Monday to Friday at 9 pm and shows how David, the acclaimed king of Israel, who, upon reaching the peak of his reign, gives in to his weaknesses and immerses himself in his battles internal.
