Luísa Sonza takes her “Intimate Scandal” to the Lollapalooza stage

The Lollapalooza festival takes place this weekend (22, 23 and 24 March), at the Autódromo de Interlagos, in São Paulo. Among the main names in this edition are Blink-182, Arcade Fire, Kings Of Leon, Limp Bizkit, Titãs Encontro, Sam Smith and SZA. One of the main Brazilian attractions, Luísa Sonza, brought her show to the festival this Friday afternoon (22).

Unreleased show

Luísa Sonza's show at Lollapalooza is part of the dates of the “Escândalo Íntimo” tour, with which the singer is touring Brazil to promote the album of the same name. The festival performance was a smaller and new version of the tour. Some songs, like “Atenção” for example, did not make the setlist.

Moments before the show, when being interviewed by a Multishow reporter, the artist recalled the moment when the journalist had said that she and Demi Lovato would have had a “screaming contest” during her participation in the American singer's show. The moment had repercussions on social media when the singer responded “Today I'm going to scream even more.”

Upon entering the stage, the singer from Tuparendi immediately caught the public's attention with her powerful backing band, highlighted by the solos of drummer Rayani Martins, and her incredible ballet to the sound of “Não sou Demais”. Then, she sang “MODO TURBO”, a song in partnership with Anitta and Pabllo Vittar, raising everyone in the audience's spirits.

In the middle of the show, Luísa picked up a guitar to play while singing “Luísa Pela Metade”, a song that alludes to Abílio Manoel's song of the same name. The singer revealed that she only rehearsed for half an hour for the moment. “Dude, you know what? I'm going to play the guitar again, I only rehearsed for half an hour, that's it, let's go!”he said.

In a more acoustic moment of the show, the artist sang, among other songs, “Chico”, which she dedicated “to the women who love too much” and followed with “Penhasco” and “Penhasco2”.

With 25 songs, the intimate repertoire featured songs from their latest album, such as “Carnificina”, “A Dona Aranha” and “Lança Menina”, the latter of which closed the show. The artist also brought tracks that she made in partnership with other artists, such as “Sagrado Profano”, with Kayblack and “Penhasco2”, with Demi Lovato. Check out.
