Patricia Poet went on vacation from the Meeting together with the resignation of Manoel Soares from TV Globo, something that created some chaos on TV Globo. Now, the presenter, who was away from the internet, without posting almost anything during this “off” time, has announced that she is coming back.

Tati Machado, who is currently in charge of the program alongside Valéria Almeida, commented on the image and wrote: “Belíssima”.

Patrícia Poeta’s return, however, does not promise to be easy. This is because the partnership between Tati Machado and Valéria Almeida conquered the public for all the charisma and companionship of both and there are still those who ask that the two remain in the attraction even with the return of Patrícia.

DEPARTURE OF MANOEL SOARES

Manuel Soares took to social media in early July to lash out at allegations of harassment, which were allegedly one of the factors that led to his dismissal. The journalist told how he left Rede Globo and showed his resignation letter.

Manoel recorded a video and even left a message in the post.

“I have a lot of cool news to bring here about news that is coming and that will bring us closer, but I want to put closure on this subject first. In advance, I am grateful for the affection of everyone who, like me, is outraged by these slander. But let’s follow the teachings of our master Conceição Evaristo: ‘They agreed to kill us and we agreed not to die,’” she wrote.

On July 4, Manoel Soares went to social networks to refute the harassment accusations, involving his name on TV Globo. According to F5, from Folha de S. Paulo, one of the alleged accusations of harassment, made by a journalist, says that a woman felt uncomfortable after seeing Manoel walking around in the station’s corridors in a bathrobe.

“With my departure from Rede Globo, many false news speculating the reason became public. It is regrettable that some use important tools of journalism to support absurdities involving my name. I am neither the first nor the last man of my origins to be targeted in this way. For centuries they have used the strategy of alleging abusive behavior to disqualify black men. I am outraged by this kind of cowardice, but reassured about the truth of my actions and conduct. Lies like these cannot be sustained, which is why they will be fought in the legal field,” he wrote in an excerpt from the statement posted on Instagram.

Manoel had already stated that he would take legal action to prosecute anyone who spread fake news about him.
