Angelo Viana perfects a method that could save the lives of several motorcyclists

Representing 54% of all traffic accidents, accidents involving motorcycles increase every year in Brazil. This number is equivalent to 167,000 motorcycle accidents, of which around 12,000 people were fatal.

Observing this scenario, and after a long exclusive training in the United States, the instructor angelo viana decided to create and perfect a method to guide motorcyclists. The project “MOTO method” came about with the aim of training motorcyclists for the challenges of roads and roads in Brazil.

“There is a huge lack of training on Brazilian tracks. Many motorcyclists learn to ride a motorcycle outside driving schools and go there only to acquire the National Driver’s License. Those who come to learn at driving schools are not prepared for the many challenges and complexities on the streets. If we observe the behavior on roads, the unpreparedness is much greater”, says Angelo Viana.

“I realized during one of my specializations in the United States that the motorcycle community is very strong and the training is very developed. This could be applied in Brazil with adaptations for our scenario. I came back 7 more times, there were more than 130 days of training to be able to learn and today teach all of this”, completes Viana.
