Brennand threatens delegate in charge of his case

The case began when, in 2021, an inquiry was launched to investigate Thiago’s alleged aggression towards his underage son by the child’s mother, who alleged mistreatment, false imprisonment and psychological violence. Being in charge of the case, Officer Dannyella.

Some time later, on May 11, 2022, the businessman is summoned to testify at the police station, where, in conversation with Dannyella, he invites her to dinner, which he accepts. However, after a month the woman opens a police report against Thiago.

According to an exclusive conversation with O GLOBO, the delegate says, after thinking better about the invitation, she decides to decline. And it is then that the accused sends her messages incessantly and mentions, even, a possible relationship.

Brennand then threatens, a month after this refusal, to go to the police station where the policewoman works, and also to denounce her to the Internal Affairs of the Civil Police in order to disrupt Dannyela’s work, if she insists on not going out with him.

The delegate registered the incident report, but did not make a representation against Thiago Brennand, because according to her, the threats ceased. What made it difficult and impossible to open an inquiry against the investigated, since there was no request from the victim.

The delegate continues and adds that she suffered like all of Brennand’s other victims, the difference in her case is that he was concerned about how to act. She also stated that there were no meetings and no favors for him.

The case was directed to a new delegate, Wanessa Miranda Ferreira, Dannyella’s assistant, after three days of the possible meeting between Dannyela and Brennand. Since the case report signed the day before, it is done by Wanessa at the 3rd Police Station for the Defense of Women.

The Public Ministry of São Paulo decided to close the case on May 29, claiming that there was no intentional conduct on the part of the accused. Therefore, on June 22, the decision was accepted and the investigation was definitively archived.
