Anitta announces new feat with Maluma

This Wednesday, the 13th, Anitta and Maluma announced a new musical partnership. Through Instagram, the Brazilian singer published a video alongside Maluma during the recording of the new video, in Ibiza, Spain. There are rumors that the song recorded by the duo will be on the deluxe version of the album “Versions of Me”.

Anitta and the Colombian singer are long-time friends and have already had some successful partnerships, such as: “Yes or no” (2016), “Sí o No” (2016), “Mala Mía – Remix” feat. Becky G (2018) and “Mi Niña – Remix” feat. Wisin, Myke Towers and Los Legendarios (2021).

Recorded five years ago, the video for “Yes or no” has more than 421 million views on YouTube.

In the video, Anitta states that the Colombian singer is “speaking more Portuguese every day”. Then, Maluma declared that he was looking for a Brazilian girlfriend: “You know what I say, but I need a girlfriend from Brazil”.

On social media, fans of the duo went crazy with the announcement of the new collaboration. On Twitter, the names of the singers appear in trending topics with the tags: “#Anitta”, #Maluma”, #MaluNitta”.

Also on Twitter, some internet users even asked Anitta to marry the Colombian singer. Currently, Girl from Rio is dating singer and music producer Murda Beatz.

In June, Maluma released his new album, titled “The Love & Sex Tape”. The album has 8 songs and features appearances by Jay Wheeler, Lenny Tavárez, Chencho Corleone, Arcangel, De La Ghetto and Feid.
