Blac Chyna accuses the Kardashians,

Blac Chyna is suing the Kardashians, because in 2017 they would have ensured that her reality show with her then fiancé Rob Kardashian did not get a sequel. In turn, the Kardashian family accuses the model of threats and physical violence. Everything you need to know about the lawsuit.

Blac Chyna is demanding damages of 100 million dollars (94.6 million euros) from the family, because they would have thwarted her reality series.

According to the model, the family hates her so much that they want to ruin her life.

In early 2016, Chyna and Rob announced their relationship. Three months later, the two were engaged and told them they were expecting their first child.

Their relationship was captured from September to December 2016 for the E! reality series Rob & Chyna.

A second season of the show would appear in 2017. But the project was put on hold because Chyna and Rob broke up. The two fought out fights several times via social media, with Rob posting photos of a cheating, naked Chyna on his Instagram account.

Later that year, Chyna sued the Kardashians for allegedly interfering with the future of her reality show. She also accused Rob of domestic violence. The family responded with their own lawsuit, claiming that Chyna had attacked Rob.

Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner stated earlier this week about an incident between Blac Chyna and Rob.

Among other things, Chyna allegedly threatened him with a gun, hit him with a metal pole and tried to strangle him with the cable of an iPhone charger.

Kris called this “an assassination attempt” on her son. Rob’s sisters also believe that Chyna is “very violent, dangerous and unpredictable”.

Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer, calls the statements enormously amplified. “Forget for a moment that this is a well-known family.

If someone claims to have been beaten with a metal pole by their fiancée, but has not had any visible bruises or scratches, no calls to the police and there was not even a band-aid involved, then that person is not exactly credible.”

Chyna responded earlier to the testimony in court.

She then stated that she jokingly pointed the gun at her ex-fiancé’s head and that it was also just a joke when she tied the cable of an iPhone charger around his neck.

The history of the family with Chyna is quite complicated: Kylie Jenner had a relationship with rapper Tyga, with whom Chyna also has a child.

During the time that Tyga and Jenner were a couple, Chyna would have sent several apps with threats.

“I remember waking up and getting messages of threats from her. I don’t remember exactly, but it said devil emojis and something like, “I’m counting down the days.” Whether that was because she was going to hit me, I don’t know,” Jenner said in court, according to Rolling Stone.

The reality star never reported the threats, because she assumed that Chyna had used drugs at the time of sending.

Kardashians ask judge to end the case

The Kardashians filed a request this week to have the case terminated. “The claims made are absurd,” said Michael Rhodes, the family’s lawyer.

Chyna has made her statement and, according to Rhodes, there is “no additional evidence about the damage she would have suffered”.

Chyna wants to make a statement again, because the nude photos that were shown during her testimony would have “ruined” her story. The court rejected that request.
